Skill Creations is an offline, service-based business specializing in luxury custom packaging and gift solutions, including:

  • Custom wedding packaging and gift boxes
  • Corporate gift packaging
  • Festival and special occasion packaging
  • Bespoke packaging solutions

Important: We do not offer online ordering or e-commerce. All services require in-person consultation at our location in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Our website is for informational and marketing purposes only.

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project after consultation.

3. Service Engagement

3.1 Consultation Process

  • All projects require in-person consultation at our Saharanpur location
  • No projects can be initiated online through our website
  • Consultation includes discussion of requirements, designs, materials, and timeline
  • Projects are confirmed only after in-person meeting, design approval, payment receipt, and written confirmation from us
  • Design mockups and samples may be provided at our discretion
  • Final pricing will be provided in writing after consultation

3.2 Design Rights

  • All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Skill Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • You grant us the right to use photographs of completed projects for marketing purposes
  • If you require exclusive design rights, this must be negotiated separately

3.3 Project Modifications

  • Changes to confirmed projects may be subject to additional charges
  • We cannot guarantee modifications after production has commenced
  • Request all changes in writing via email or during in-person visits

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until project confirmation
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Minimum quantities may apply for certain products

4.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on custom projects
  • The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup
  • Payments must be made in person, via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods discussed during consultation
  • We do not accept online payments through our website
  • All payments are subject to verification

4.3 Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation
  • Interest may be charged on overdue payments at the rate of 2% per month

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
  • Delivery times commence from the date of design approval and deposit receipt
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

5.2 Shipping

  • Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure secure packaging
  • Insurance is available at additional cost

5.3 Delivery Issues

  • Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt
  • Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Custom Products

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Significant deviation from approved designs
    • Damage during shipping (if arranged by us)

6.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Deposits are non-refundable after design approval

6.3 Quality Issues

  • We stand behind the quality of our work
  • If you receive defective products, we will replace them at no cost
  • Proof of defect (photographs) must be provided

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 By Customer

  • Cancellations before design approval: 25% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations after design approval: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations after production commencement: no refund

7.2 By Skill Creations

  • We reserve the right to cancel projects if:
    • Payment is not received
    • We cannot meet the requested timeline
    • The project scope changes significantly
  • Full refund will be provided if we cancel

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

  • All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Skill Creations
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
  • Our brand name, logo, and trademarks are protected

8.2 Your Content

  • If you provide us with images, logos, or other materials, you warrant that you have the right to use them
  • You grant us a license to use your materials for the purpose of fulfilling your project
  • You indemnify us against any claims related to materials you provide

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Scope

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control

9.2 Exclusions

  • We do not guarantee that products will meet your unstated expectations
  • We are not responsible for color variations due to screen displays
  • We are not liable for damage occurring after delivery

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Our Warranty

  • We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
  • We warrant that products will substantially match approved designs
  • Warranty is valid for 30 days from delivery

10.2 Disclaimers

  • Products are provided "as is" beyond the specified warranty period
  • We make no warranties regarding suitability for any particular purpose
  • Natural materials may have variations in color, texture, or appearance

11. Privacy and Data Protection
